O'Leary scores RSC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Indiana University East sophomore Shelby O'Leary scored four goals in two games to garner River States Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for Oct. 3-9.
A midfielder from Fairfield, Ohio, O'Leary had three goals -- all in the second half -- of a 4-0 win at Carlow (Pa.) to start the weekend. She then had the first goal in what ended up a 1-1 tie at Point Park (Pa.) two days later. Her eight points came on six shots on the week as the Red Wolves were 1-0-1 in Pittsburgh.
