**Rio Grande (Ohio) advances to the NAIA National Championship with automatic qualification for the RSC's national bid.

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- The 2022 River States Conference Men's Soccer Championship qualifiers and bracket are set after the completion of the regular season on Saturday, Oct. 29. Six teams will battle it out Nov. 5, 9 and 12 at campus sites around the conference for the RSC's automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship.

WVU Tech earned the No. 1 seed in the bracket with 25 points in the final standings and by tiebreaker over No. 2 seed University of Rio Grande (Ohio). Both teams were 8-0-1 RSC with a 1-1 tie head to head. The second tiebreaker went to the Golden Bears with fewer goals conceded in conference play. WVU Tech (13-2-3) and Rio Grande (12-3-2) will each receive a bye into the semifinals where they will host on Nov. 9.

Brescia (Ky.) University (5-3-1 RSC) earned the No. 3 seed and will host No. 6 seed Indiana University East (4-3-2 RSC) in the quarterfinals on Nov. 5. The winner will move on to play at No. 2 Rio Grande.

The other quarterfinal matchup features No. 4 seed Point Park (Pa.) University (4-2-3 RSC) hosting No. 5 Oakland City (Ind.) University (4-3-2 RSC) on Nov. 5 as well. The survivor plays at No. 1 WVU Tech.

The finals will be Nov. 12 at the highest remaining seed.

Oakland City and IU East both had 14 points in the final standings. Oakland City won the second tiebreaker on RSC goals conceded to get the fifth seed.
