Miller named RSC Men's Golfer of the Week for third time
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- For the third time this fall, Indiana University East junior Jake Miller is the River States Conference Men's Golfer of the the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance. The latest honor is for Sept. 26-Oct. 2.
Miller, from Richmond, Ind., claimed medalist at the RSC Men's Golf Fall Preview held last Monday-Tuesday at Belterra Resort. He bested the field of 11 teams and 61 golfers with a 4-over total for 36 holes. Miller shot 1-under 70 to take the first round lead. He finished off a five-shot victory with a 75 in the final round.
