Rivera-Pacheco selected RSC Volleyball Attacker of the Week again
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- For the third time this year, Point Park (Pa.) University senior Stephanie Rivera-Pacheco is the River States Conference Volleyball Attacker of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance. The most-recent accolade is for Sept. 26-Oct. 2.
An outside hitter from Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, Rivera-Pacheco won the award with 41 kills and a .300 attack percentage across three matches. She averaged 3.73 kills per set and also had a team-high 46 digs for 5.75 per set. There were also five total blocks and seven assists on the week.
A big match was 21 kills, 23 digs and a .400 percentage in a 3-1 win at IU East. She had 13 kills and 23 digs at IU Southeast, a 3-1 win.
