Blevins named RSC Men's Basketball Player of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- University of Rio Grande (Ohio) forward Shiloah Blevins scored 50 points in two games to claim River States Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for Nov. 7-13.
Blevins averaged 25.0 points per game and shot 62 percent from the field in a pair of wins for the RedStorm at their Bevo Francis Classic. Blevins also picked up 6.5 rebounds per game.
He started out with 29 points in a win over Carolina University. Blevins then had 21 points and eight rebounds with 10-for-16 shooting in a 66-63 victory over Washington Adventist.
