Hill selected RSC Women's Golfer of the Week from Midway (Ky.)
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Midway (Ky.) University sophomore Emilie Hill led the Eagles at their home tournament to earn River States Conference Women's Golfer of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for April 4-10.
Hill, from Frankfort, Ky., placed sixth out of 62 golfers at the Midway Eagle Invitational to pace the team. She came up with a score of 1-over 73 in the final round to climb the leaderboard. She opened up with an 82 in the first round.
Midway was sixth place of 11 teams in the standings. Hill's total of 155 was eight shots off the individual lead at Griffin Gate Golf Club.
