FLORENCE, Ind. -- The 2022 River States Conference Men's Golf Championship is set to begin at Belterra Golf Club with 54 holes played Sunday-Tuesday, April 10-12. There will be 12 schools competing with the team winner advancing to the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship.

The championship begins on Sunday, April 10 with tee times at 12:00 p.m. ET. The tournament continues on Monday and Tuesday with tee times at 8:00 a.m. ET each day. The championship features 18 holes each day, which is a new format from past years.

The team champion will earn the RSC's automatic bid to the NAIA Men's Golf National Championship to be held May 17-20 at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill. The top individual will also qualify for nationals as the conference medalist.

Pairings in the first round are based on the standings from the RSC Fall Preview earlier this school year. Schools are grouped in threesomes with teams going off of No. 1 and No. 10 beginning at 12:00 p.m. ET.

Starting on No. 1 at 12:00 p.m. are University of Rio Grande, WVU Tech and Ohio Christian University. Next on No. 1 starting at 12:50 p.m. are Indiana University Kokomo, Indiana University East and Midway (Ky.) University.

Starting on No. 10 at 12:00 p.m. are Carlow (Pa.) University, Point Park (Pa.) University and Alice Lloyd (Ky.) College. Teeing off on No. 10 at 12:50 p.m. will be Oakland City (Ind.) Univeresity, St. Mary-of-the-Woods (Ind.) College and Brescia (Ky.) University.

Also to be decided this week will be all-conference honors, which take into accout the scores from the fall preview and also the 54 hole of the championship to determine first and second-team All-RSC honors. Also named will be the RSC Player of the Year, Coach of the Year and Newcomer of the Year.
