Camino selected for RSC Women's XC Runner of the Week from WVU Tech
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Carmen Camino from WVU Tech is the River States Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for the week of Sept. 5-11.
Camino, from Puerto del Rosario, Spain, placed second of 49 runners at the Roanoke College Rooney Invite to lead the Golden Bears. She had a time of 20 minutes, 50 seconds in the 5,000-meter race. That was with an average of 6:41 per mile.
