Dickerson races to RSC Men's XC Runner of the Week for Ohio Christian
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Drake Dickerson from Ohio Christian University set a school record to earn River States Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for the week of Sept. 5-11.
Dickerson, a senior from Lancaster, Ohio, broke his own school record in the 8,000-meter distance with a time of 25 minutes, 17 seconds. That beat his previous mark by 26 seconds and placed ninth of 240 runners at the IWU Twilight Invitational.
