Barnett collects RSC Softball Player of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Olivia Barnett was selected for River States Conference Softball Player of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for Feb. 13-19.
Barnett, a freshman infielder from Shady Spring, W.Va., was 5 for 7 with two triples in a doubleheader sweep over St. Andrews, the only games of the week. Barnett hit for a .714 average and accumulated nine total bases on the day. She also drove in two and scored two runs. Defensively, she was perfect in five chances with three assists.
