Royster selected RSC Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Tyhir Royster of Carlow (Pa.) University raced to River States Conference Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for April 3-9.
Royster, a senior from McKees Rocks, Pa., had a pair of first-place finishes at the NCAA Division I-hosted RMU Midweek PR Bonanza. He won the 200 meters with a personal best of 21.68 seconds. He also took first place in the 100 meters running 11.06 seconds. His PR in the 200 put him ranked second in the RSC this season.
