Letsinger named RSC Baseball Pitcher of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Lucas Letsinger from Indiana University Kokomo is the River States Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for April 3-9.
A sophomore right-hander from Arcadia, Ind., Letsinger won the award for the second time this year. He did so tossing a complete-game shutout of 9.0 inings with 12 strikeouts versus WVU Tech. Letsinger allowed only four hits and did not walk a batter. That started off the weekend with a 5-0 victory and a series win for the Cougars.
