Organ selected RSC Volleyball Attacker of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Emilee Organ from Indiana University Southeast was picked for River States Conference Volleyball Attacker of the Week Sept. 18-24.
Organ, a senior outside hitte from Freedlandville, Ind., averaged 4.18 kills per set to garner the attention. She led the Grenadiers in kills for every match of a 3-0 week in conference play. She hit .347 for the week and also had 2.82 digs per set.
Organ tallied 13 kills, nine digs and a block in a sweep of Brescia (Ky.) hitting .632. She then had 14 kills and eights digs in a 3-0 win over Midway (Ky.). Organ concluded with 19 kills and 14 digs in a five-setter of St. Mary-of-the-Woods (Ind.).
