MIDDLETOWN, Ohio- The River States Conference is pleased to announce the selections for the 2024 River States Conference Men's Soccer All-Conference Teams.
Each team consists of two goalkeepers, four defenders, four midfielders, and four forwards. Ties are all placed on the same team, and remove a spot from the following team. The teams are selected via a vote of conference head coaches.
Individual awards will be announced by the conference office on Wednesday.
The regular season conference champions from the University of Rio Grande are well represented on the first team, taking five of the 14 spots and placing seven players total on the three teams. WVU Tech followed with four first team selections, also placing seven players on the team overall.
Oakland City led all teams with ten overall selections - three on the first team, four on the second team, and three more on the third team. Players from St. Mary-of-the-Woods and Brescia rounded out the first team, and all nine conference teams placed at least one player on the All-Conference teams.
