Benton picks up RSC Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- India Benton from Indiana University East is the River States Conference Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week for March 18-24.
The junior from Lima, Ohio, had a pair of high finishes at the IWU Polar Bear. That featured a pair of third-place showings in the 200 meters and 4x100 relay.
Benton had a time of 26.45 seconds in the 200 meters and was a part of the 4x100 relay that posted a time of 53.62 seconds.
