Wellman picked for RSC Women's Golfer of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Aly Wellman from Shawnee State (Ohio) University is the River States Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for March 25-31.
The freshman from Wayne, W.Va., won first place at the Ohio Christian Spring Invitational to claim the award. She shot rounds of 93 and 90 for her career tournament win.
The victory led the Bears at the event that included four teams and 16 players.
