Eastham selected RSC Baseball Player of the Week
MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Nick Eastham from Midway (Ky.) University is the River States Conference Baseball Player of the Week for April 8-14.
A senior outfielder, Eastham hit .700 on the week going 7 for 10 in the weekend series sweep versus Brescia (Ky.). He had two homers, nine RBIs, scored five runs, walked twice and stole two bases.
Eastham was 4 for 4 with two doubles and three RBIs in the first game. He then went 2 for 4 with two home runs to start the next day with six RBIs. Eastham finished off the series with a double and two runs in the nightcap.
