2026 RSC Women's Soccer Preview

The beginning of the women's soccer season is just days away, and the River States Conference is excited to preview the 2026 seasons for our member schools! Each RSC school talked with players and coaches from their teams, with those interviews linked below as part of Media Day!

Additionally, each school has spotlighted players expected to be major contributors during the 2026 campaign, and are also listed below as our 2026 Players to Watch!

BRESCIA

Players to Watch

Allana Porto
Senior | Contagem, Brazil | Midfielder

In her first season with Brescia after transferring, she led the team with 14 goals and tied for the team lead with 8 assists. Coaches expect Alana to have a huge senior season and to be one of the most dangerous attacking players in the conference.

Ana Victorica
Sophomore | Mexico | Midfielder

Ana Victorica had an outstanding freshman season, scoring 11 goals and adding 8 assists. Coahces expect her to continue putting up goals and assists this season.

Zoe Bippus
Sophomore | Evansville, Indiana | Goalkeeper

Bippus was a Second Team All-Conference selection last season, the highest recognition for a Crimson Pride women's soccer player in program history. At goalkeeper, she was one of the conference's standout freshmen.

Lily Campbell
Senior | Salem, Indiana | Striker

Campbell was a Third Team All-Conference selection in 2025. Entering 2026, she is the IU Columbus all-time leader in goals, assists, points, games played, and games started. She has led the program in goals in each year.

Zaryah Griffin
Junior | Pinckney, Michigan | Midfielder

Zaryah was All-River States Conference second team with two goals and four assists last season, while being on the River States Conference Scholar-Athlete list.

Elizabeth Sarfo-Benson
Sophomore | Cincinnati, Ohio | Goalkeeper

Elizabeth was an All-River States Conference third team choice in 2025 as she started all 20 matches in goal for the Red Wolves.

IU KOKOMO

Kalissa Jackson-Dietzer
Sophomore | Speedway, Indiana | Midfielder

Jackson-Dietzer made an immediate impact in her first collegiate season, earning First-Team All-River States Conference honors as a freshman. After appearing in 18 matches with 15 starts in 2025, she returns for her sophomore campaign as a key piece of the Cougars' midfield and one of the conference's top young players.

Charity Lewis
Senior | Corunna, Indiana | Defender

One of the Cougars' most experienced returners, Lewis enters her senior season having appeared in 58 matches throughout her IU Kokomo career. A veteran presence on the back line, she will be counted on for her experience and leadership as the Cougars look to build on a 10-win season and once again contend near the top of the River States Conference.

KENTUCKY CHRISTIAN

Sofia Friend
Junior | Carrollton, Texas | Midfielder

Over the last few years, Sofia has been one of the most creative and dynamic players on the Kentucky Christian team. She is a strong and confident player.

Jayda Lyons
Freshman | Greenville, Ohio | Midfielder

Jayda is coming in with a strong soccer background and is a workhorse who can play well in any position.

Addison Hazlett
Freshman | Danville, Kentucky | Forward

Hazlett joins the Eagles as an incoming freshman out of Boyle County High School. Hazlett was a leader for the Rebels, starring for a program that was a powerhouse in Kentucky's 12th Region.

Sloane Pollock
Sophomore | Brandenburg, Kentucky | Forward

Pollock was a Third Team All-Conference selection for the Eagles a year ago. As a freshman, Pollock led Midway with nine goals, including three in River States Conference play. Pollock started all 16 games for the Eagles during her debut campaign.

Amora Albano
Junior | Athens, Ohio | Forward

Albano returns to the Rio Grande lineup after missing the 2025 season. She was one of the best players in the league in 2024, earning First Team All-Conference honors after a nine-goal, three-assist season. She scored 12 goals and assisted on four more during her freshman season of 2023.

Neveah Peffers
Sophomore | Dresden, Ohio | Forward/Midfielder

Peffers was one of the top young players in the River States Conference last season, earning Third Team All-Conference recognition. She scored three goals and assisted on one more during her freshman season.

Lauren Craighead
Senior | Carlisle, Indiana | Defensive Midfielder

Craighead returns after appearing in 15 matches with 10 starts in 2025, logging 774 minutes in the defensive midfield. Her experience and defensive presence provide the Pomeroys with another veteran piece through the middle of the field heading into 2026.

Lauren Tilley
Senior | Brazil, Indiana | Midfielder/Defender

Tilley returns as an experienced two-way presence after appearing in 10 matches with eight starts in 2025 and logging 656 minutes. Her versatility in the midfield and back line gives SMWC an experienced option as the Pomeroys enter the 2026 season.

WVU TECH

Rocio Gutierrez
Sophomore | Madrid, Spain | Midfielder

In her first season in Beckley, Gutierrez contributed to ten goals for the Golden Bears, scoring five and assisting on five more. The RSC Newcomer of the Year and First Team All-Conference selection had a career highlight in WVU Tech's regular season match against Brescia, recording a hat trick to lead the Golden Bears to a 3-1 victory over the Bearcats.

Sophie Quinlan
Junior | Calgary, Alberta, Canada | Defender

A Second Team All-Conference selection last season, Quinlan rarely came off the field for the Golden Bears. She played 75 or more minutes in 16 of the team's 19 matches, leading a defensive effort that got WVU Tech to the RSC Tournament final.
