RSC Women's Tennis All-Conference Teams Announced

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio- The River States Conference is pleased to announce the selections for the 2025 River States Conference Women's Tennis All-Conference Teams.

All three teams consists of six players, with 18 total athletes chosen from the seven competing conference schools honored. The teams are selected via a vote of conference head coaches. Individual awards will be announced by the conference office on Thursday.

The regular season champions from Oakland City University lead all schools in the All-Conference selections, placing seven players on the All-Conference teams. Oakland City claimed three of the six spots on the first team, and added three more on the second team and one more on the third. Second place Midway follows the Mighty Oaks with two first team selections and five total picks, while third place IU Kokomo took the final first team spot.

Six of the seven conference schools placed at least one player on the All-Conference teams. The top two teams, Oakland City and Midway, combined to claim 12 of the 18 total spots. IU Kokomo and Shawnee State both earned two All-Conference selections, while Brescia and IU East both had one - second teamer Jada Flakes for the Bearcats and third teamer Gracie Helms for the Red Wolves.

Each of the conference's six teams will head to Evansville, Indiana this weekend for the 2025 River States Conference Women's Tennis Tournament. The winner of the tournament, which has quarterfinal and semifinal rounds scheduled for Friday and the championship match slated for Saturday, will earn the RSC's automatic berth into the NAIA Tournament, which begins May 13 in its usual location of Mobile, Alabama.
